This is a very well written fanfiction. The analogies that the author uses to describe the mood and setting are brilliant. And the flow of the story works so well. To anyone that has read the book they know that it does not follow what happens to Julia ,only Winston. It's a creative idea ,but almost exactly what happens to Winston just with a different torture and shortened from 4 chapters to a few paragraphs.
